Vendor Opportunities

Maricopa March Madness is an outdoor event being held in two locations in the City of Maricopa; Copper Sky Regional Park and Pacana Park. The event is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 26, 2016.  We are actively seeking the following types of vendors in either or both locations.

  • Food Concessions
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Business Vendors
  • Non-profit Organizations
  • School Groups
  • Community Organizations
  • Service Clubs
  • Exhibitors

Vendors will receive a 12’ x 12’ booth space, putting you face to face with hundreds of area consumers. Food vendor spaces are 12’ x 24’.  Vendors are encouraged to sell products, display their services and create activities to boost additional interest in their booth.

Registration Fees

  • Non-Profits: No charge
  • Maricopa March Madness offers limited free booth space to non-profits, school groups and service clubs who want to fund raise or promote their organization. All we ask for in exchange is that the non-profit provide a themed activity (face painting, game, balloon artist) at their booth and/or help with set-up and tear-down at the event.

  • Arts and Crafters: $25 or in-kind donation
  • Vendors who can create unique handmade arts and crafts. Does not include direct sale vendors. Electrical is an additional fee. Please contact a tournament official for additional information about electrical services.

  • Business Vendors: $50 or in-kind donation
  • Business Vendors are required to have a valid business license. For questions about business licenses call 520-316-6851. Electrical is an additional fee. Please contact a tournament official for additional information about electrical services.

  • Food Vendor: $75 or in-kind donation
  • Food Vendors are required to have a health permit, business license and insurance.  For questions about food permits contact environmental health at 520-866-6864. Electrical is an additional fee. Please contact a tournament official for additional information about electrical services.

Maricopa March Madness reserves the right to limit food categories for this event. The City of Maricopa businesses and non-profits will be given first priority over food vendors from other areas in the county or outside the county. The City of Maricopa reserves the right to relocate booths at any time for the greater good of the event.
